Rescheduling as Exchange We recognize that plans change. Users may request to 'exchange' a booked time slot for another time slot with the same lecturer, subject to the following conditions: • Availability: The desired new time slot must be available in the lecturer's schedule. • Notice Period: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the original session time. • Lecturer Approval: Some rescheduling requests may require direct approval from the lecturer. 3. Course Transfers In cases where a student has purchased a package or term-long course, transferring enrollment to a different course by the same lecturer may be possible upon request and is subject to price adjustments if applicable. 4.
